1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator and the customer when booking, purchasing a gift voucher and using the Smash Car experience activity.

The Smash Car service is understood as an adrenaline experience activity consisting in the demolition of a vehicle intended for ecological disposal, in a controlled area and under specified safety conditions.

2. Service reservation

The reservation of the Smash Car service can be made through the online reservation system on the operator's website.

The reservation is valid at the moment of its confirmation and the payment of the required amount, if prepayment is specified for the given date or service.

After the reservation is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation to the e-mail address specified during the order.

The customer is obliged to provide true and complete information when booking.

3. Price and payment conditions

The price of one Smash Car activity is CZK 6,300 and includes:

• 1 real car intended for demolition,
• activity duration 60 minutes,
• entrance for up to 5 people,
• protective equipment,
• equipment for breaking,
• 1 water per person.

When booking online, the customer pays a deposit of CZK 2,000.

The customer must pay the remaining part of the price, i.e. CZK 4,300, on the spot before the start of the activity, in cash or by card.

In addition to the package, it is possible to purchase the participation of other persons, at a price of CZK 800 for each additional person, if operational, capacity and security conditions allow.

4. Changing or canceling the reservation

The customer can change or cancel the reservation free of charge no later than 72 hours before the scheduled date, using the button indicated in the confirmation e-mail.

If the customer cancels the reservation in time, the amount already paid will be returned in the same way as it was received.

In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 72 hours before the date or if the customer or participants do not show up for the reserved date, the amount paid is forfeited in full.

The operator reserves the right to change, move or cancel the reservation, especially for operational, security, technical or organizational reasons. In this case, the customer will be offered an alternative date or a gift voucher.

5. Entry and conditions of participation

Smash Car is a physically and mentally intensive activity. The participant can only participate if his or her health allows it.

Entrance to the activity space is permitted only to persons who meet the operator's conditions, especially age, health and safety requirements.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, his participation is only possible under the conditions set by the operator, in particular accompanied by a legal representative or with his prior written consent.

Every participant before entering, he is obliged to undergo a briefing and familiarize himself with the rules of safe movement and behavior in the space.

Entry into the demolition zone is only permitted with the assigned protective equipment, signing the responsibility paper and with the operator's consent.

The participant is obliged to follow the instructions of the operator, behave responsibly and not move outside the reserved area.

6. Safety rules

Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances are not allowed to enter the space, nor are persons whose participation reasonably assesses that their participation could endanger the safety of themselves, other participants or the staff.

The operator is entitled not to let a customer or participant into the space without the right to a refund of the price or part of it, or to exclude them from the activity if they violate safety rules rules, disobeys the operator's instructions or otherwise endangers safety.

Before starting the activity, each participant confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the rules and enters the space at their own risk to the extent permitted by applicable legal regulations.

7. Liability for damage and injury

The participant is responsible for damage caused outside the designated area or by violating the operator's instructions or safety rules.

The operator is not responsible for damage, damage or injury caused by disobeying the operator's instructions, irresponsible behavior or violation of the established rules on the part of the participant.

The operator is not responsible for postponed, lost or damaged belongings of visitors, if he has not taken them over for safekeeping.

This does not affect the consumer's rights arising from generally binding legal regulations.

8. Ecological approach

Before the vehicle is included in the activity, the operating fluids and other objectionable or dangerous components are removed by a professionally authorized company.

Vehicles used in the Smash Car project are not scrapped just because of this activity, but would be destined for disassembly and subsequent ecological disposal even without it. The Smash Car activity therefore does not represent a separate environmental burden, but only an intermediate step before the final processing of the vehicle.

All generated waste is sorted after the end of the activity and handed over for further processing in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

9. Gift vouchers

A gift voucher for the Smash Car service can be purchased through the reservation system or in another way designated by the operator.

The gift voucher is issued for 1 Smash Car activity, i.e. for 1 car / 60 minutes / up to 5 people, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date purchase, unless otherwise stated.

After the purchase, the voucher is sent electronically, usually in PDF format, to the customer's e-mail address.

The gift voucher can only be redeemed during its validity period. After the expiration date, an unused voucher is forfeited without compensation.

A gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

10. Withdrawal from the contract

In accordance with § 1837 letter j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded by a distance method, as far as the contract for the use of free time is concerned and the performance is provided within a specified term or period.

This does not affect the right of the customer to cancel the reservation under the conditions specified in Article 4 of these terms and conditions.

11. Complaints about services

The customer - consumer has the right to file a complaint if the service was not provided in the agreed scope, quality or time.

The complaint can be filed electronically at the e-mail address: info@smashcar.cz

When making a complaint, it is advisable to state in particular:

• identification of the reservation or order,
• description of the alleged defect,
• required method of handling the complaint,
• customer contact details.

The operator will issue a confirmation of the complaint to the customer.

The complaint will be handled without undue delay, no later than within 30 days from on the date of its application, unless the parties agree otherwise.

The customer will be informed about the method of settlement of the complaint through the contact details they provided.

12. Protection of personal data

Personal data of customers and visitors are processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular the GDPR regulation and related legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

13. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer has the right to turn to the entity of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.

14. Final provisions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the operator and the customer when booking, purchasing a voucher and using the Smash Car service.

The operator reserves the right to reasonably change or supplement these terms and conditions. For the customer, the binding terms and conditions are always effective at the time of making the reservation or order.

By submitting a reservation, purchasing a gift voucher or participating in an activity, the customer confirms that he has read and agrees with these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions become effective on 6/20/2026.
